If the grass looks thin or the yard takes a lot of foot traffic, ask us about aeration. Core aeration removes small plugs of soil. Overseeding adds grass seed where a thicker lawn is the goal; the two services can be planned together.

Does aeration always include seed?
No. Aeration and overseeding are separate services that can be combined. Check your selected program or talk with Rob about what your lawn needs.
Can I combine it with my lawn treatment plan?
Yes. We can coordinate aeration with seasonal turf care and explain how any seeding affects the schedule.

Core aeration helps relieve soil compaction and creates openings for air, water, and root growth. Overseeding adds new grass to help thicken the lawn.
Our usual seed blend is approximately 70% fescue and 30% ryegrass, selected for a fuller, resilient lawn. We confirm the blend, site needs, and aftercare with your service. Establishment depends on watering, weather, and lawn conditions.
